2 Mile Walk – from the 4 Mile Power Walk Workout! This is ideal for all of those people who love walking, with this lesson a lot of diversity has gone into walking what’s more the people doing it are having a lot of fun. The idea of this is to work all the muscles and in doing so use all the muscles the instructor breaks down how to use more muscles even though you are just walking. One of the things which they illustrate in this video is power walking and they do this by doing multiple variations of this. The work on increasing pace and at working the muscles you do not work in a traditional walk, this is a great workout and one fully respected by RSCF.
