Stop training for 100 days is something which often happens because some people train so hard and for so long and so frequent that eventually training no longer becomes an enjoyment but a burden, another reason can be they sustained a serious injury simply because they just can not stop training. When you are really enjoying your fitness program it will be something which you always look forward to attending, when you start finding the training a problem is when training time comes and you always have to consider if you should or should not go.
