5am morning fitness routine

5 am in the morning is no time to be getting up for some people unless you are like us at RSCF then 5 am in the morning is no time to be getting up. However it does work perfectly well for some people, not only that they do a workout in the gym and in doing that workout in the gym they feel it sets them up for the whole day as from the time they finish training they feel the energy in their body keeps them going, the also makes them feel it helps them produce a better days work and they feel energetic as opposed to sluggish. If you feel sluggish each day perhaps you too should consider the 5 am morning workout. Make no mistake about it a workout is one good way to feel energetic for the day, it also helps you sleep more depply.
